Thanks to Marshall, I can safely say that I looked pretty damn good in my wedding dress! He is an enormously talented trainer and one of the very few who actually listens to his clients, respects their wishes, and yet still delivers amazing results. He is extremely knowledge in both fitness and nutrition and his facility is always clean and bright. I recommend him highly to anyone looking to improve the way they look and feel.
