I began training with Marshall in October of 2005. I was 140 lbs, healthy and strong, but convinced I would always have a soft belly, big hips, and a wide behind. At 35, I had been working out regularly for 20 years, yet the lean body I wanted always eluded me. Since training with Marshall, I've lost over 20 lbs on the scale and my percentage of body fat has dropped over 10%. I have a hard stomach, tiny waist and narrow rear end. The last time I weighed 117 lbs was when I was a skinny teenager, but now my body is hard and athletic. My life has completely changed. I've learned a plan of eating that is satisfying and sustainable, and I work out quickly and efficiently. I can enter any clothing store and reach for the X-Small size. I look years younger and wake up every morning with boundless energy. Marshall knows how to get results in the fastest and healthiest way possible.
